Our house is located outside of Hüttau on the SUNNY Bairauberg on the edge of a wooded area, DIRECTLY at the gateway to the Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé. Away from the noise and stress of everyday life, you can recharge your batteries here, surrounded by woods and meadows. Your starting point to the Sportwelt Amadè
Flachau or Zauchensee are only a few minutes by car from your holiday resort.
Also in summer the ideal starting point for your hikes to the surrounding alpine pastures or the sights and attractions of the Ski & Sportwelt Amade. The house is connected to 2 other houses, each about 50 metres apart. 1 house is permanently inhabited
Outside there is a large, covered terrace with garden furniture. 1 barbecue area with seating in the garden, parking spaces.
Equipment: On the ground floor is the large living/dining room with tiled stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with sufficient crockery and pots, oven, ceramic hob, fridge (2nd fridge is in the cellar), microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher. There are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed, 1 quadruple room with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, bath, bidet and 1 WC. In the basement (at ground level towards the front) there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, shower and WC, 2 four-bed rooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed, shower and WC.
No matter how you want to spend your holiday, active or just lazing around. You can quickly reach the ski areas in the Salzburger Sportwelt Amadé, to the 870 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes with the most modern lifts. AFFORDABLE in summer too. The ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding mountains with numerous inviting mountain huts. HISTORICAL excursions to castles and palaces in Salzburger Land, sights such as the largest ice cave in the world, the "Eisriesenwelt" or an excursion to the unique "Großglockner Höhenstraße".
In winter, we recommend taking snow chains with you.
