Do you appreciate amenities and a quiet, family-friendly location? The apartment, which is located directly at the Pradaschier ski area, offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Thanks to the south orientation, the corner balcony and the location on the top floor, the apartment is sunny all day. The fireplace offers a special atmosphere on cozy evenings. The valley stations of the Lenzerheide and Pradaschier mountain railways as well as the children's lifts, ski schools and the village center can be reached directly from the house on foot, by sledge or on skis. The family-friendly Churwalden offers very good shopping, various restaurants and many children's attractions. In the evening you ski from the valley run right to the door of the ski room.
In the spacious living area (60 m2), a fireplace creates a cozy and special atmosphere. In addition to a TV, many games and WiFi, our guests also have an extensive kitchen at their disposal. A fondue, raclette or a fine roast from the oven - no problem. In the bedroom (27 m2) there is enough space for a travel cot next to the double bed (180 x 200 cm).
