The 350 m² finca is situated in the rural surroundings of Llucmajor, southeast of the capital Palma. The 500.000 m² property where the finca is located also offers a large plantation of almond, carob and olive trees as well as some vines. Apricot trees and various herbs also grow here. The house dates back to the year 1500 and was last completely renovated in 2014.
The large garden impresses with a large swimming pool for private use. This is divided into two areas, one is a bathing area and the other is a shallower pool with jacuzzi function. There are several wooden sun loungers available here. There is also a table tennis table and rackets in the garden, which is protected from the sun by an awning. The house also has a covered terrace with wooden garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Parking is available on site.
The holiday home has a total of two floors, which are connected by stairs. There are a total of four bedrooms, three of them with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m and 1.15 m x 1.90 m respectively) and the fourth with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and a single bed (0.90 m x 1.90 m).
