The property is located in Javea in the Tosalet 3 urbanization. A little piece of paradise by the sea with its sandy and pebble beaches, its natural landscape of coves and cliffs… happiness!
The 3 houses offer 5 bedrooms with 5 independent bathrooms around a large swimming pool. All have AC. Terraces and nooks all over the property will allow you sweet naps or games of pétanque, ping pong or frenzied basketball.
The Montgo house (Casa 1) is the main one, with a kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. A double bedroom (160), dressing room and bathroom on the ground floor and pool level a double bedroom or 2 single beds and bathroom. It is surrounded by 3 terraces which offer you a breathtaking view of the Montgo and the rest of the property.
Casa 2 is in the center of the garden and offers 2 bedrooms. A double bedroom (180) with bathroom and a “youth” bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom.
At the end of the garden, the Casita (Casa 3) is fully equipped to be independent and offers a small living room, kitchen, double bedroom (160) and bathroom. La Casita has its independent terraces and a sun roof. All the bathrooms have a toilet.
The garden which is the main "room" of the property brings freshness and character and embraces the 3 houses. In the center, overlooking the swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen has been fitted out for all your family meals. A competition plancha for your grilled meats, vegetables or fish of the day.
