Located at the quiet Manacor, this lovely property with a private swimming pool welcomes 6 guests.
The exterior of the property is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and reflects the family character of the house. The 7m x 4m chlorine pool with a depth of 0.9m to 1.6m, which is at the sole disposal of our guests, is a delight to swim in. Children can play safely, as the pool is equipped with child protection. Six sun loungers invite you to sunbathe either under the awning or in the sun. Next to the pool, a porch is a cool place to have a delicious barbecue with the family. On the entrance side, there is another terrace overlooking the garden where you can sunbathe while having breakfast and, perhaps, keep an eye on the little ones while they play. If you prefer shade, there is an awning as well. The property is fenced and, as it is in a small urbanisation, there are neighbours nearby.
As soon as you go inside, a beautiful living-room kitchen with A/C, is perfect for watching a film at the satellite tv or a DVD with the kids. The vitro hub kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities you might need during your stay to prepare your favourite dishes. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Three bedrooms with views to the garden, two of them have two single beds each, and one with a double bed, invite you to dream. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you a cot and a high chair. There are three fans available for the summer . Regarding the bathrooms, one has a shower and a hot tub, and there is an external toilet as well. For the environment lovers, just so you know that this house uses solar panels.
The property is near Manacor city, with a wide range of tourism offer like restaurants and bars, shops, coffee shops, and everything you might need during your stay. East beaches are amazing and we reccomend a visit to Porto Cristo, Sa Coma, Cala Millor and Cales de Mallorca, all of them sandy and idylic. Cuevas del Drac and Cuevas del Hams caves is a must visit. A car is necessary. The nearest golf course, Reserva Rotana, is about 9 km away.
