While it features three spacious bedrooms, its capacity for 12 guests is achieved with the inclusion of high-quality sofa beds, accommodating up to four people per room. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and utensils, ensures a comfortable and stress-free stay. Two expansive living rooms, a stylish dining area, and multiple balconies provide ample space for relaxation and enjoyment, complemented by air conditioning throughout and private parking.
Outdoors, the villa features a stunning private pool with Roman steps, measuring 10m x 5m with a depth of 1.5m. Guests can bask in the sun or cool off with a poolside shower. The barbecue area is perfect for al fresco dining while taking in the serene landscape.

- For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning with fresh linens and towels.
- Up to two cots and high chairs for children under 2 years (upon request).
Important Information:
- Sofa beds are only prepared for occupancies exceeding six guests. Guests requesting all sofa beds for lower occupancies must book for the maximum capacity of 11-12 people.
- The property requires a refundable damage deposit of €1,000, which is returned after inspection post-departure.
- A dog is allowed with a surcharge of €100 for the entire stay.
- Late check-ins are available upon request for an additional fee:
€30 (20:30–22:00), €50 (22:00–00:00), or €80 (00:00–01:30).
