This luxury row house apartment was completed in December 2010. Located near the Vuokatti skislopes. Floor area 110 m². On the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, sauna (electric heating), washroom / hydro massage bath, toilet, household room with toilet. Upstairs; 2 bedrooms, loft, toilet, shower. Terrace. Dvd/Blyray player. Equipment for a baby: travel bed and canvas chair. Kajaani 35 km, Sotkamo 7 km, Katinkulta Spa 2,5 km. Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. No pets allowed.
