Situated on the upper slopes of Salmivaara, this 2024 completed apartment in a semi-detached house offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the stunning nature and landscapes of the village of Kilpisjärvi. Built from thermal logs, the apartment is designed to provide guests with all the comforts and a cozy environment for relaxation and adventures.

Upon entering, you'll immediately notice the spacious living room/kitchen, equipped with gourmet-level amenities, inviting you to cook and spend time together. The ground floor bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and there is also a bathroom with a shower downstairs. On the upper floor, you'll find another bedroom with two single beds, and a desk area in the hallway if you need a quiet spot to work. An additional mattress is available if needed.

The highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the sauna area, where you can indulge in leisurely sauna sessions. You'll enjoy a magnificent view directly to Saana fell, enhancing the sauna experience even further. The bathroom has two showers, and there's also a small dressing room and WC.

The apartment's terraces face both south and north, allowing you to choose your preferred spot for enjoying the morning sun with a cup of coffee or for evening gatherings.

Additionally, the apartment includes an electric car charging point. Pets are welcome, so you can bring the whole family to enjoy a holiday in the magnificent nature of the village of Kilpisjärvi. The use of the charging point (type 2) and rental arrangements are to be agreed upon with the owner. Guests are required to bring their own cable for charging.
