The total area of the apartment is 65 m², with the loft covering 20 m². An air heat pump keeps the apartment warm in winter and pleasantly cool during summer heatwaves.
There is also shared access to a 5G 200M WiFi connection with the neighboring apartment.
Child amenities include a travel cot, high chair, and potty.
There is a parking space with a heating post for your car. Charging of electric or hybrid vehicles is not permitted at the property.
