Comfortable house with private garden and patio equipped with barbecue, it has direct access to the pool from it in a small, closed, and well-kept residence of 8 independent units in total.  The location is within walking distance of both the historic town of Antibes, with its cultural events, and the nightlife of Juan Les Pins, You may love walking over the Ancient Walls built on the original old Greek port with Phenicians roots and underwater Etruscan amphoras to witness its commercial activities, or discovering the Picasso Museum, or visiting the charming and, you will see, certainly French, Fort Carre', or the majesty of astonishing boats and yachts in its Mediterranean famous Port Vauban.  Very close to one of the most known French beaches (Plage de la Salis) and its sailing facility, and still close to the many different served or unserved other sandy, stone beaches, or rock seasides, you can enjoy discovering all the charming natural spots of the Cap, walking for example to the Pinede of Juan Les Pins (Jazz Festival  6-19 July) or into the hood of the Bois de la Garoupe, climbing towards its Phare, as well as riding all the Cap by bike, e-bike or scooter. Someone could love hiking or trekking it in a memorable circumnavigation path.
