The most beautiful beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away; a free shuttle service is available from June 10 to September 15.<br><br> Mirto 1 is a studio apartment located on the first floor of the complex, in a quiet spot overlooking the complex’s garden.<br>The studio consists of:<br>• a bright, air-conditioned open-concept living room with a double sofa bed, closet, and flat-screen TV;<br>• a fully equipped kitchen area, including amenities such as a dishwasher;<br>• a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine;<br>• a spacious and cozy veranda with a small gate opening onto the complex’s garden, equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation.<br>Guest Access<br>- Complex swimming pool, freely accessible from June 1 to September 17, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.;<br>- Complex garden;<br>- Free parking spaces subject to availability;<br>- Direct access to the marina.<br>Other things to keep in mind<br>- Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM;<br>- Check-in from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM upon request for an additional fee of 40 euros;<br>- Check-out by 10:00 AM;<br>- No smoking inside the apartment;<br>- Crib and/or high chair available upon request for an additional fee ranging from 35 to 50 euros (only in July and August) each;<br>- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 60 eu
