Located in the rolling vineyards of the Fronsadais region, the RIVE GAUCHE gîte, like its neighbor RIVE DROITE, features two welcoming and flexible bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace overlooking the vineyards — perfect for outdoor drinks and meals.
Rated 4 stars by Gironde Tourisme, it is ideal for hosting and sharing meals and group moments with family, friends, or colleagues.
The RIVE GAUCHE gîte is adjoining the Rive Droite gîte, yet each property can be booked independently.
Each has its own private entrance, terrace, and facilities (a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen in each).
Our main residence is located on the property just a few meters away, but our living space is separate and set apart from the gîtes.
The setting: From the gîte, you can set out each day to discover the many facets of the region: plan your itineraries to explore Saint-Émilion, Pomerol, as well as the now unmissable city of Bordeaux, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
By the sea: You can visit Arcachon Bay, the Dune du Pyla, Cap Ferret, or Lacanau. Further north are the islands of Oléron and Ré; further south, Biarritz and even San Sebastián in Spain.
Inland: The region is also rich in must-see sites such as the Lascaux caves, Sarlat, Bergerac, Périgueux, and many other highly attractive towns and villages.
Sports enthusiasts can set off directly from the property on walking trails through the surrounding vineyards, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine of the countryside. More experienced runners can enjoy trail running, as the Fronsadais is known for its beautifully undulating landscape.
