Rebuilt from scratch in 2021, our house is a green nest surrounded by trees and flowers in a very quiet neighborhood, protected by the shadows of impressionists Monet, Renoir, ... who painted the village few years back.
We designed and built it to keep our family and our grand-kids secure and protected, with several living spaces enabling different activities at the same time.
The main level has two different living rooms (50sqm and 25sqm) each with a direct view and access to the garden.
you can live inside and outside at the same time, with direct access to a 60 sqm terrasse naturally shaded by a generous grapevine and a large pergola with heather cane and sunshade
The master bedroom has a breathtaking view on the sundeck , overlooking a green and wooded valley with a view on castle of La Celle St Cloud.
All double beds are 160x200.
In the basement, you will find a home theater with BD player and all your favorite streaming services, as well as a complete laundry room (and our personal storage ;) )
Music will be your best companion with a high end multi-room hifi system in almost every room of the house.
5 minutes walk to the Forest, to several tasty Boulangeries. Less than 10 minutes walk to the station and 20 min from La Defense, 30 min from downtown Paris. 10 min drive to Versailles and to Saint-Germain en Laye, city of PSG.
