Conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the supermarket, railway station, tram, and bus stops. The beach and the charming "Vieux Nice" are also within easy reach, just a 15-minute stroll away. This apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped to welcome up to 6 people. It is located in a lively area of the center of Nice, 10 minutes by foot to the Place Massena and only 2min walk from the shopping street Avenue Jean Médecin.
There are 2 separate bedrooms, both with double beds. In the living room there is a confortable sofa bed.
You will enjoy living in a home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, stone-walled wine bars and restaurants offering local culinary specialties. And of course, the Old Nice, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais is just a 15-minute walk along the "Avenue Jean Médecin", lined with boutiques and terraces of all sorts.
Public transport is also nearby (train, bus and tram to airport are 3 minutes walking) and allow you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.).
No less than 5 car rental companies are available near the nearby train station. Bicycle rentals are also available there.
Guest access
A/C, bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the total price quoted by Airbnb.
A baby cot can be provided, but you must bring the linen for the baby.
Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet and to a TV. The apartment has a washing machine and a premium bedding.
There is no elevator in the building. The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
Other things to note
From the airport, take tram 2 to "Jean Médecin" stop. From there, the apartment is just 4 minutes by foot.
A taxi from the Airport costs 30 to 40 euros.
The apartment is in the city center, so you won't need a car ... but if you have one, you can rent a parking place nearby for about 95 euros for a week stay, and around 150 euros total for 2 to 4 weeks.
