The sea is just 2.6 km away, while restaurants and shops are conveniently located 3.4 km from the villa.The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms, spread across 143 m², making it perfect for families or groups of friends who want to spend quality time together while still enjoying their own space.On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and one bedroom with a double bed. The first floor features two more bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms , one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned, and one offers a lovely balcony with views of the greenery and the peaceful Istrian surroundings.Outdoors, you can enjoy a private pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, and a jacuzzi for extra relaxation.
