Eagle View Holiday Home is situated in Moone, a village in the south of County Kildare. This self-catering holiday home is ideally located approximately 2 miles from Belan village and a 13-minute drive from the market town of Athy, where the River Barrow meets the Grand Canal. Dublin city centre is approximately a one-hour drive.



This holiday home is well suited to guests looking for a countryside setting, with the added benefit of a river running through the land, making it suitable for fishing in season. The property also offers a private garden and outdoor space.

IMPORTANT NOTES



1. Heating and Electricity:

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you may be required to top up a pre-paid meter. We recommend confirming with the Property Manager prior to arrival how utility charges are applied.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/Owner. This may be taken by pre-authorisation of your credit card or paid on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
