Flat of 55 sqm consisting of two bedrooms (one double and one small bedroom) and a living room-kitchen, with a large veranda with a beautiful sea view; the house is only 400mt from the sea and 1km from the town of Pula, a centre of archaeological interest with the remains of the town of Nora and the centre of the nightlife of the south-west coast. The house is equipped with air conditioning and is strategically located for discovering the wonderful beaches of the coast.
The veranda, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, is equipped with table and chairs to have lunch or dinner outdoors. There is also a washing machine and an outdoor tub.
The apartment is located on the second floor in a semi-detached house and is equipped with air conditioning in the three main rooms, microwave oven, gas cooker, fridge and freezer.
