Composé de deux appartements indépendants, "La loggia" dispose de deux grandes terrasses avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Le village de Fasano Alta est parfait pour ceux qui recherchent le silence et la paix dans un paysage typiquement italien.
Pour les séjours d'au moins 14 nuits, nous proposons un changement de serviettes et de draps et un nettoyage rapide au milieu du séjour. À propos de l'admission des animaux, s'il vous plaît nous demander avant de réserver. Animaux de compagnie: 75 € / séjour Si vous avez des besoins particuliers ou des limitations, merci de nous le signaler avant de réserver afin que nous puissions vous conseiller dans le choix du logement le mieux adapté.
Per le prenotazioni per 2 persone sarà accessibile solo un monolocale. Il secondo non sarà affittato ad altri ospiti, quindi sarete gli unici ospiti, senza spazi condivisi. The second one won’t be rented to other guests so you’ll be the only guests there, no shared spaces. LATE CHECK-IN: In case of problems with the check-in (arriving after 8 P.M), it is mandatory to inform us by maximum 4 p.m. of the arrival day at: 0039 392 961 1594 (Jacopo) - 0039 392 8535544 (Laura). In case we are not informed a 50€ fee will be applied if the arrival is after 8 p.m. a 50€ fee will be applied in any case for check-in after midnight.
