Secure parking is available in the grounds. The villa is situated on a 2800 square metre plot with old cashew nut trees. The garden can be used. There is also a balcony and terrace as well as a rowing boat.
The villa was completely renovated in 2020. The makuti roof was replaced by concrete ceilings and fans in the bedrooms cool the rooms. Your villa has two bedrooms (double beds 2x2 metres) with attached bathrooms, gallery room with balcony, living room with TV, DVD and a pool table, dining room, terrace and well-equipped kitchen. The bathrooms have a washbasin, shower and WC, one bathroom also has a bidet. The electricity supply is European and there is a private well. The bedrooms are equipped with a fan.
