Vila Rose Design consists of 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, on the ground floor the living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a large private terrace and a swimming pool and a big garden. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom and access to a balcony overlooking the garden. The large terrace next to the living room with electric sunshade, private pool and BBQ is a great place to socialize.On the property, there is a private open space to park a car.Small-size pets allowed on request.
Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.The guests must respect the neighbour’s rest night and not cause any problems or noise! Also, during the day, music, if played outside the home, should be kept at a normal level.Pets allowed on request, maximum 1 dog or 1 cat small size.The bed linen is changed after the first week, for stays longer than 14 days.The final cleaning is included.ATTENTION NO YOUNG GROUPS ALLOWED IN THIS VILLA!!
