Villa Isabella can accommodate 8 people comfortably, making it ideal for families. As well as an outdoor swimming pool, there is a games room with a pool table, table football and a PS3 games console with a selection of games. Each bedroom has a flat screen television and all televisions in the villa have access to Netflix.
LIVING & DINING AREAS
THE LOUNGE
The spacious lounge seats 8 people on 3 leather sofas. There is a large flat screen TV with access to Meo TV channels, including English news and movie channels. From the lounge/dining area, there is direct access to the back garden through 3 sets of double doors.
THE GAMES ROOM
The games room is perfect for teenagers. As well as a pool table, there is table football, a PS3 with a variety of games and various board games. There is also an L-shaped sofabed which can be used to accommodate 1 or 2 additional younger guests on request.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully fitted with an integrated dishwasher, combination and microwave ovens, induction hob, American style fridge-freezer, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is direct access out to the external barbecue area and a large serving hatch to the modern metal-topped dining table which can seat up to 10 people.
A washing machine and tumble drier are located in a separate utility room, along with a steam generator iron and ironing board.
BEDROOMS
There are 4 bedrooms, all of which have ensuite shower or bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and blu ray player which can access online content. All bedrooms have dual air-conditioning/heating units, wall heaters and hairdryers.
THE PRINCIPAL SUITE
Situated at the back of the house and overlooking the south facing garden, the Master Suite has a king size bed, walk in wardrobe area with dressing table, and a large en-suite shower room with double sinks. There is also direct access onto the upper terrace through two sets of double doors.
BEDROOM 2
Also situated at the back of the house. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with bidet. Bedroom 2 also has direct access onto the upper terrace.
BEDROOM 3
Bedroom 3 is situated at the front of the house and can be set up as a twin with two single beds or as a double with one king size bed. Bedroom 3 has a walk in wardrobe area and an en-suite shower room.
BEDROOM 4
As with bedroom 3, bedroom 4 can be set up as a twin with two single beds or as a double with one king size bed. Bedroom 4 also has a walk in wardrobe area and an en-suite shower room.
OUTDOORS
Outside, there is a private pool measuring 11m x 4m, with a consistent depth of 1.4m. Pool heating can be provided year-round through a heat pump, with 3 days' notice and an additional charge of 70€/day (minimum cost per stay: 490€). The pool heating system raises the temperature by approximately 3°C to 5°C warmer than a pool that is not heated.
The pool is surrounded by a rockery garden and a grass area and there are sun loungers for 8 people along with 4 umbrellas for shade. New for 2022, an outdoor table tennis table is available. Beyond the car park, there is a wild flower area surrounded by olive, almond and citrus trees. Beyond the boundary is farmland.
OUTDOOR DINING
There is a built in brick barbecue which can be accessed directly from the kitchen. There is a large, glass topped, rattan dining table with armchairs for 8 people. The table area is shaded by 2 sail shades.
TERRACE
If you want to escape the heat of the sun, the downstairs terrace is shaded and has 2 small drinks tables and seating. The upstairs terrace also has drinks tables, perfect for watching the sun going down over the hills of an evening.
The Municipality of Albufeira charges a tourist tax of €2 per person, per night of stay, for all guests aged 13 or older, during the period from April 1st to October 31st, with a maximum of seven consecutive nights. This amount will be paid directly to the Municipality a few days before arrival and is not included in the quotes generated on our website, so we kindly ask you to take this into consideration.
