We will require passport copies (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance 🕒 to register your stay with community/building security 🏢. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time.

Standard check-in time is 3 p.m. and the maximum time is at 11 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges!

Please note that an AED 500 fee will be charged in case of lost access card or parking card/sticker 🚗.

If you need extra sets, just let us know 48 hours before check-in at a cost of AED 50/set.
Please refrain from using kitchen towels for cleaning 🧼, as grease can cause irreversible damage. Damaged or missing towels will incur charges upon check-out (AED 70 for a bath towel, AED 40 for a hand towel, and AED 20 for a face towel).
