Stay in the oldest yet liveliest neighborhood in the city. Old Montréal exudes European energy with its 17th-century architecture and cobbled streets. - The number of guests must be accurate at the time of booking. Any undeclared guest will incur an additional charge of 20$/night/person and may lead to cancellation of the stay.

- Please note there is no cable TV, but a Chromecast is provided for seamless streaming.
- Some apartments feature a partial wall separating the bedroom and living area.

PARKING:

- Free street parking is not available in the area.
- Paid street parking can be found nearby.
- There are no free parking lots in the vicinity.
- A paid parking lot is conveniently located close to the property.

PUBLIC TRANSIT:

- Nearest metro station: Square Victoria – OACI.
- Approximate travel time to the city center by public transportation: 10 minutes.

City Center Access:

Driving to the city center takes approximately 5 minutes.

PETS:

If you’re traveling with a pet, please contact us before booking. A $100 fee per pet, per stay applies.
- The number of guests must be accurate at the time of booking. Any undeclared guest will incur an additional charge of 20$/night/person and may lead to cancellation of the stay.

- It is necessary to mention at the time of booking if you are coming with a pet, otherwise the booking may be cancelled without refund.

- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty. But since I`m cool, I only allow electronic cigarettes :)

- If a late departure or damage results in a direct refund or reduction for the next reservation, you will be required to pay this amount.

- If you notice any furniture or amenities in the apartment not working or broken, please let us know within 24 hours of your arrival. Otherwise, the complaint will not be taken into consideration.

- When you make a reservation with me, you agree to all the above apartment rules.
