This holiday home is located right in the heart of the ancient village of Scaiano. It can be reached via narrow, charming alleys between stone houses.

An outdoor area bordered by houses with spectacular views of the lake offers our guests the opportunity to enjoy lunch, dinner or aperitifs al fresco.
Upon entering the rustic house, you will find yourself in the living room with an open-plan kitchen and a table for four people.

Climbing the spiral staircase to the upper floor, you will find yourself between the relaxation room and the double bedroom.
The relaxation room offers a comfortable double sofa-bed and another sofa to enjoy an incredible view of the lake and convivial moments in front of the TV. The relaxation room is equipped with a convenient wardrobe and has access to the outdoor balcony with a small table and two armchairs for a magical moment of peace in a truly special place.
Passing by, you will find yourself in the bedroom with a double bed and wooden wardrobe and access to the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

Scaiano is located a few hundred metres from the Italian border in the direction of Luino. On the other side of the lake, directly opposite, are Ascona, Brissago and Locarno, which can be reached by car or, for those who prefer, by boat from nearby Gerra to Locarno, Brissago or Ascona.
It is an hour and a half by car from Malpensa Airport (MILAN).
