Come and enjoy the perfect holiday, work, and recharge in this glorious penthouse on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a typical building. In the heart of the charming village of Sitges, with its delightful restaurants, bars, and gourmet shops, you’ll be just steps from its superb sandy beach. Two bedrooms, a lovely shower room, a living room with a huge television, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and to top it all off, two magnificent terraces to soak up the Catalan sunshine.
The apartment is ideal for 1 to 4 people. It can accommodate up to 6 people, with an additional charge, as there is a very comfortable 160cm sofa bed in the living room. However, there would be 6 of you and only 1 large shower room with 1 toilet.
The flat is on the 3rd floor (3 flights of stairs).
The elevator goes up to the second and a half floor, there’s another half flight of stairs to climb. It’s VERY slow, like a freight elevator, so don’t be surprised if it doesn’t seem to arrive; it’s moving, but slowly. Only two people at a time can take the elevator, or one person and luggage. Move away from the moving elevator door, as it will stop if you get too close. You can restart it by pressing number 2 again if it happens.
