Welcome to this wonderful villa with private pool located very close to Font de Sa Cala, where 4 guests will find their second home.
In the fantastic exteriors of the property, ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, you will find a large terrace where there is a private salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 7 x 3.5 m and a constant depth of 1.5 m, which will undoubtedly be perfect to cool off on the hottest days. All around there are sun loungers to relax on while sunbathing, a barbecue, several terraces and a furnished porch where you are sure to enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Please note that, due to the location of the accommodation, there are neighbours nearby.

The interior of the two-storey house, tastefully decorated and designed to offer you the rest you deserve, offers spacious and bright rooms. On the main floor there is a living-dining room, equipped with a TV with satellite channels and a kitchen with induction hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with shower. When it is time to rest, there are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a sofa bed and fan. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find 3 more bedrooms, all of them with double bed, fan and en-suite bathroom, one with bathtub and the rest with shower. In addition, one of them also has access to a fantastic terrace from where you can contemplate the views of the nearby mountains. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

This accommodation is located in a very quiet and residential neighbourhood surrounded by green areas and open spaces. It is also very close to Font de Sa Cala, a town very close to white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters such as Cala Provençal or Caló de n'Aladern. The area has a good selection of restaurants and bars, where you can taste the local gastronomy and relax in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. You can also visit nearby places of tourist interest, such as the castle of Capdepera, the lighthouse of Cala Ratjada or the fishing port of Cala Ratjada. On the other hand, it is the perfect place for water sports such as diving, windsurfing or paddle surfing, thanks to the excellent conditions offered by the beach to practice them. Furthermore, you can also go on boat trips along the coast and enjoy the panoramic views of the area. In short, this is the ideal place for those looking to enjoy a holiday in a peaceful and natural environment, with a good selection of activities and places of interest nearby.
