Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite and cable television, a washing machine, an outdoor shower and a baby cot. The dreamlike, highly private outdoor area of the villa is spacious and surrounded by large walls of dark stone. The covered patio, equipped with a comfortable seating area, a dining table and a large grill, invites you to prepare meals together in the fresh air and have a glass of wine to round off the colorful evenings. The large, crystal clear pool of the property, surrounded by sun loungers and a stretch of healthy lawn, is perfect for refreshment and fun on sunny afternoons. Due to the property’s optimal location, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a 5-minute drive or 2 km away in the centre of Playa Blanca. The golden sand of the beautiful beach Playa Dorada is similarly just a 5-minute drive from the home, where beachgoers can relax on the shore and soak up the Lanzarote sun.
