The charming holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of ​​the still relatively unknown resort Colònia de Sant Pere and is ideal for couples, but also for small families with children. Within walking distance you can quickly reach the restaurants and the small supermarkets. A pharmacy, a small fishing and yachting harbor and a bank are also located in this romantic former fisherman and farmer place.

In addition to the two beaches in Colonia de Sant Pere there are more beaches, for example. at Artà (22 km), Cala Ratjada (23 km) and Canyamel (21 km). The airport is on the one hand rather fast to reach with 68 km driving distance, but far away enough not to be disturbed by the aircraft noise. Boat trips are available from various points of view, e.g. to the offshore islands Cabrera or Sa Dragonera and with one of the ferries even the neighboring islands Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera can be reached in a few hours.
