This beautiful apartment with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower was renovated in July 2023. You will be delighted by its layout and its exceptional location. Located 15 minutes from Paris, on the 2nd floor with lift in a quiet and secure residence with parking space, 2 steps from the tram station and shops. This accommodation with a separate bedroom and sofa bed is ideal for visiting Paris and its region but also for a business trip.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift in a quiet and secure residence. There is a parking space in the basement allocated to you.
It is arranged as follows:
- A living/dining room with a dining table and chair, a 47-inch 4K television, a comfortable convertible sofa, a coffee table.
- A traversan balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
- A pretty bedroom with a Queen size bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
- A bathroom with shower and vanity unit, a washing machine (completely renovated in July 2023)
- A separate kitchen with all the necessary equipment to cook good meals (oven, hob, extractor, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave).
You will not be disappointed by the layout, decoration and equipment of this apartment.

We are available to exchange by message on Airbnb before, during and after your stay if necessary. You will receive several messages to prepare your arrival in the best conditions.
The area is quiet, the residence has a playground for children. The shops and the tramway are less than 5 minutes away on foot.
A parking space in the basement is reserved for you. We advise you to take public transport to get around Paris. The Tramway line will drop you off at Chatillon/Montrouge station in 5 minutes, which gives you access to lines 13 and 8 of the Parisian metro.
We don't take reservations from travelers who have a score lower than 4.5
An additional deposit of 400 euros, excluding Airbnb is required for travelers who have less than 3 reviews on Airbnb. The deposit is debited and blocked on a stripe account for the duration of your stay and released 7 days after your departure.
