"Janneau Sun Odyssey" 33' sailing motor yacht moored in Port Camile Rayon, Le Golfe Juan.
One stop by train to Cannes (5 minutes drive), ideally used as a Base to holiday in the area.
Offers: 3 double berth cabins , + a living/dining (that converts into occasional double berth sleeping area), with navigation seat, radio, GPS, kitchenette , toilet/shower.
Can sleep 8 persons but only 6 persons allowed for coastal navigation. "Skipper is required by Law" ( Captain Navigation Licence, or Day Captain available at a fee ) .
Ideal as Holiday Base accommodation and occasional navigation, ( moored in harbour ) for up to 6+2 persons , preferably sport minded in an amazing location with variety of restaurants and local points of interest.
Possibility to benefit of PARKING in the harbour, for one car on request.
Vallauris and Le Golfe -Juan, are areas full of Art and history (Napoleon landed in his escape from Elba , and went to reconquer lost territories from the invaders).
Also the place (Vallauris) where Pablo Picasso spent many years during his 'first to middle' prolific period, host of Massier( Potter, famous for their unique secret pottery glazing formula).
Interesting galleries and art museums to be discovered while savouring the best restaurants of the area : Bistrot du Port, Gigi, and many more.
Visit the "Iles de Lerin" their Monastry and Restaurant with their magnificent wines and renowned clear water that attracts all the yachts of the area.
Visit the "Chateau d'If" where the Iron Mask "secret twin of the king of France" was kept imprisoned.

You can sleep in the boat.
But you can use the shower and the port toilets, but not on the boat.
