With ample private parking, the villa allows for a car-free stay, with La Flotte’s attractions just a short walk away. 
The villa is located on a quiet street, just a minute's walk from La Flotte’s harbor, shops, and restaurants. Plage de l'Arnérault beach is a five-minute walk away, with other nearby beaches offering watersports and lifeguard services in summer. With 110 km of bike trails, the island is easy to explore, including sites like the UNESCO-listed Vauban fortifications, Fort La Prée, and cultural salt marshes. La Flotte is also just a 10-minute drive from the mainland bridge, accessible by taxi for those arriving by plane or train.
Layout
The ground floor includes an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a fireplace and garden access, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest WC, and a laundry room. The first floor offers five bedrooms: three double rooms (each with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room), a twin room with sea views and an en-suite, and a children's bunk room with four beds and an en-suite bathroom. There’s also an additional WC and a TV room with a smart TV and games.
