First floor: the staircase from the ground floor leads up to a mezzanine area with glorious sea views and overlooking the dining room. On the first floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate shower, dressing area, and balcony with a full sea view. There is a second master bedroom with ensuite bath and shower room and balcony with sea views. A third double bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The fourth bedroom is a children’s bedroom with two full-size bunkbeds and its own shower room. From the mezzanine, a staircase leads up to the roof terrace.

Roof: the roof terrace has full sea views stretching from Italy to plage de la Garoupe. There is a summer kitchen with sink, dish washer and fridge, with a table and seating perfect for a morning coffee or sunset aperitif, and a lounge area complete with sofas and sun loungers.

The large fifth bedroom is located on the lower ground floor, with a king size bed and additional single bed, and en-suite shower room. Garden: the house and the pool area are surrounded by beautiful mature gardens. The swimming pool (9.5mx4m) is heated and has a pool cover, to make the garden safe for little ones. The parking at the front of the property fits 3 cars, and there is additional street parking in front of the house.
