A charming riverside property featuring an old water mill (300 m²) and its adjoining miller’s house (200 m²), set in a wooded landscape just 25 minutes from Montpellier, Nîmes, the beaches, and numerous tourist attractions.
Relax by the 14x7m swimming pool, complete with a fully equipped kitchenette, or enjoy direct access to the river with your own private pebble beach—we provide a canoe for your use. The two-hectare Mediterranean park offers shaded terraces, including one overlooking the river, where we have set up an outdoor lounge and a large dining table for memorable family meals.
The stone buildings, covered in Virginia creeper, provide refreshing coolness. Inside, the spacious rooms offer four lounges, five double bedrooms (one of which is a mezzanine with an additional single bed), two kitchens (one equipped with a dishwasher), two bathrooms, and a shower room.
Additional amenities include a laundry room with a washing machine, chest freezer, and refrigerator. Private, fenced parking is available. Utilities, bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included (subject to a satisfactory inspection upon departure).
Nearby attractions: The Camargue and its beaches, the wild Cévennes and the bamboo forest of Anduze, Montpellier’s historic center, Roman Nîmes, the ducal town of Uzès and the Pont du Gard, the Hérault gorges, Sète and the Thau lagoon, the Canal du Midi, and the surrounding vineyards.
