Our listing / apartment can only be booked under a "Mobility Lease" (between 1 and 10 months) and for this reason there are some restrictions in the purpose of the trip that the guest have to cover in order to rent the apartment which are:

- Graduate program
- Studies/ Etudes
- Internship / Stage
- Voluntary commitment in a civil service
- Business transfer
- Temporary assignment in the context of professional activity
If the reason for your stay is one of them, we would be delighted to welcome you. The only proof needed is a letter from the school, company or if you are self-employed a letter written by yourself stating the reason for your stay before your arrival. If for some reason this is not the case, unfortunately we would not be able to accommodate your stay. Please note that tourism is not an approved reason.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Quiet and very secure area, you will have the chance to live in the 16th, one of the chicest districts of Paris, both in the city center but also close to nature since the Bois de Boulogne is just a stone's throw away.
It will give you very easy access to all the monuments that make Paris one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
