iLiana's seaside maisonette. Grèce - Attica - Spetses

Spetses is a wonderful island, suitable for relaxation, swimming and walking around the picturesque streets!
The house is located in a quiet residential area just a little farther away from the capital of the island, Dapia. It is fully renovated and it has all the necessary equipment in order to be absolutely utilitarian! Also, it has a great seaview and it is a few minutes walking from the beach of Ligoneri!
The house is an 80m² two- storey maisonette of 40m² each floor. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a large bathroom where you can find a washing machine. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a living room. All rooms are air-conditioned! On both floors there are balconies offering superb sea view! The house has been furnished in such a way to preserve its traditional style!
Ligoneri is 1,8km away from Dapia (center of Spetses and port of the island). In order to reach the house, guests could take the local bus that runs from Dapia to Ligoneri almost every hour (the local bus is on service during Easter and summer). Otherwise, there is the option of taking a cab or renting a motorcycle. We are at our guests’ disposal in case they would rather we found an agency to rent a vehicle or arranged a cab for them!
