Kefi Spitia is a newly built house, 700 meters away from Lourdas beach, in the south west of Kefalonia, Ionian Islands, Greece.
Situated on a hill just above Lourdas Bay, the house has fantastic views on the bay, Zakynthos Island and Mount Ainos. Although everything is within a short distance, you feel close to the nature in a completely private environment. Hundreds of Olive trees surround the property.
Margaux and Emmanuel designed and decorated the house, mixing contemporary, cycladic and kefalonian styles. The smallest details have been carefully considered and only high-quality materials have been chosen in order to help make your stay as comfortable and cosy as possible.
If you are looking to spend a family momen of rare relaxation and disconnection from very active and hectic city life, Kefi Spitia is the perfect place to be. It offers its guests a lot of quitness, close to the nature on a 10.000sqm plot, many terraces, and shaded areas, 11 bedrooms that can sleep up to 22 adults and 8 kids.
The pool and general maintenance is done very regularly, all linens and towels re provided, we change the towels after 3 days, common areas (kitchen, pergola) are cleaned after 3/4 days.
The property is divided into 3 houses in order to enjoy the views but also have a real privacy :
- One main house with a huge pergola, set up for meals, a large fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, a living room, a TV room, 3 double bedrooms and a dormitory with 4 single beds.
- One house with 4 rooms for 2 to 3 guests (2 adults and one child, or 3 adults)
- One house with 3 rooms for 2 guests
- One infinity pool (17 x 8 m) with a wide terrace, two shaded areas, and a pool bar
- A vegetable garden and outside kitchen area close to the pool
