our nice istrian stone house (350 years old) is one of the most beautiful places in the historical old part of town ROVINJ, directly on the sea !

9 VACATION HOMES WITH SEA NOISE 35-63 m2:




direct sea situation and entrance to the sea. From the apartments and the natural stone terrace they have great sea view (see evening tendency, photo made from the window). on the terrace (ca.80m2) there are some tables + benches/chairs.                                                                                                                                           



the sea and the terrace reach you by means of    the staircase house.
absolute one calm and singular panorama situation (see photo with arrow), since the house is because of the end of a dead end and also at the end of the peninsula Rovinj.
a small boat (until ca.5 m) can be fastened also directly before our house/terrace, with your own buoy. With larger boats we recommend the Marina the ca.15 minutes to foot far away from us lie.
no cars in the old part of town (car-free zone), therefore calm/romantic small lanes.
 A small gravel-beach (especially for infant) find to 350 m of our house below “hotel Rovinj” additional wonderful quiet places, specielly use for swim (100-350 m from our house, look red area)
Apartments 1-7 are comfortably furnished with generous kitchen + bar, microwave, electrical grill,  e-stove with cool top platform, refrigerator with freezing subject, coffee machine, cook and mess kit as well as TV with satelite connection in the living-room (apart-1+3+5+7 has in bedroom an extra TV else). Each bedroom = double bed 160*200 cm , each living bedroom = 1 sleep sofa 160*200 cm.
Apartment 8 + 9 are standart furnished and partly with antique furnishings.

Above all this city is a paradies for leisure sportsmen from fun at the movement. Many families estimate the short journey to the blue sea. Sporty activities, like wheel driving, moving, tennis, surfing, dipping, etc...., can be operated the whole year. An eldorado for cyclists (mountain bike and road wheel), since they find many kilometres developed cycle tracks directly at the sea and land inward. Each kind of water and ball haven as well as animation for young and old, find you in the different leisure facilities at the sea; approx.. 1-6 km from our house removes.
Description du lieu : Rovinj (16000 peoples), perhaps the most beautiful city at Istrian coast, lies on a hill, which was once an island and is connected with the country since 1763. Rovinj of the large baroque church Sveta Euphemia and their is towered above from from far away visible 60 m high Campanile. Rovinj is visited much, above all is it a popular meeting place of all kind of artists. Its subtropical vegetation, on whose account the peninsula Molin was explained as the national park, its coniferous forests, its many gravel and rock beaches, particularly also the 13 pre-aged islands, tighten from year to year of more visitors

By the mild climate and the healthy sea air is Rovinj the whole year a popular destination. Large selection of typically restaurants with culinary special meal from the sea, up to Istrian national foods find them in direct proximity of our house. Rovinj offers by the pre-aged islands and protected bays, particularly good conditions for bath vacation and each kind of water haven! A special experience is a bath trip with the boat taxi on the red island (in the city centre big-mole about 500 m from our house).
