In one bedroom there is an extra bed for one additional person upon request. There is also a modernly equipped tavern with a fireplace, dining table and benches perfect for family meals.
The living area has direct access to the outdoor area with pool and terrace. The beautiful pool also features a jacuzzi where you can relax and enjoy a refreshing drink. The pool can also be heated upon request for a fee. There is also a covered, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining area for 6 people overlooking the pool area. The terrace is the perfect place to play a game of table tennis. The total plot area of ​​the property is 18.000 m2.
Loborika is a small village in the municipality of Marcana, located just a few kilometers outside of the largest Istrian coastal town of Pula. Marcana is a quiet area with untouched nature and historical monuments.
