In the living room there is a 43" LG monitor and AV receiver with 5 speakers. You can connect your device via HDMI or cast to the Roku Streaming Stick. Just switch the AV receiver to STRM BOX for casting.

The apartment is heated and powered by 100% renewable electricity supplied by Energia. The insulation was upgraded, so it's energy-efficient, with a BER of C1. The apartment has an excellent power shower, bathtub, Wi-Fi unlimited internet, a washer-dryer, microwave and a dishwasher.

It has 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom, with a courtyard garden. It's located beside Ha'penny Bridge, just 100m from Temple Bar and all the shops.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

The apartment is located in the beautiful Bachelors Walk Apartments, Dublin 1. You couldn't ask for a better location: You'll likely walk out the door, thinking "Can't believe I'm here already!" Despite the super central location, it's really tranquil when you enter the complex. Relaxing on a sunny day in the courtyard garden, you would have no idea that you're in the middle of the city centre.

Due to its central location, all transport links are near to the apartment.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EU30 and after midnight is EU50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Also, we charge EU50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a EU300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
