Welcome to Frangipani! Come and unwind by the beach. Comfortable, fully equipped, intimate and right opposite the ocean, perfect for families or couples wanting some relaxing time away from the city.

Sleep to the sound of the waves and wonder at their sight in the morning! The house is right opposite the ocean, can host 6 people comfortably (Three queen beds). Furnished kitchen, two western toilets, wifi.

The villa has a front courtyard and a stunning rooftop terrace right in front of the ocean. Our front door opens right on Serenity beach.

The two bedrooms on the ground floor have AC, queen beds and orthopaedic mattresses. The open terrace is also fitted with a third queen bed with mosquito net and a standing fan, this does not have AC.

★Please note none of our bedrooms have attached bathrooms!★

The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, fridge, pressure cooker and all necessary utensils to prepare meals as well as oil, salt and pepper.

★Please note we DO NOT have private parking. Public parking is available right in front of the house.★

★Please carry mosquito repellents as the property is close to nature and you may find geckos/insects/mosquitoes inside and outside the property★

Gentle heads-up: We genuinely cannot promise a 100% always-on service internet since cable cuts do sometimes happen and are completely out of our control.

If the internet does go down, the repair time can range from 2 hours to 24 hours, an instant resolution is not possible.

If the internet is a hard criterion for you, we suggest you carry a hotspot/dongle connection with you.

Guests have access to the entire house.

The house caretaker is available from 8am-10pm to assist with any and all guests queries.

We are a team of professional Airbnb hosts, available for you every day from 9AM to 10PM on call and messages!

The neighbourhood is the quaint fisherman village of Serenity Beach. It is both charming and very safe, suited for a family stay.

There is an auto stand 100 meters from the house. One can also find buses on the East Coast Road, a 10 minutes walk from the house.

*No smoking indoors.

*All guests must submit their Govt. ID proof at the time of check-in.

* For our long-term guests, please note we change bed linens only once a week. Fresh towels are provided once in every three days.

*We collect a security deposit, which is Rs.4,000/-. This is refundable upon check out provided there is no damage or loss to the villa and its contents.

*We provide all guests with tea & coffee making facilities. After this, guests will need to purchase any additional food and drink items they may want.

*Inverter battery kit is provided incase of power outage. This powers some fans and lights only, not the A/C's and high voltage appliances.

*In order to conserve water, linen and towels are changed once in every 3 days.

* We request all guests to check in or out during the day, and not very late at night or during very early hours of the morning. Please contact me if you would like more information on this, before making your booking.

* No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

* No parties allowed. Any unregistered guests presence or loud music being played after 11PM will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Airbnb and local authorities will also be notified on the spot.
