The village of Villasimius is in the south – east of Sardinia Island, it is a wonderful place, that last year, won the second prize as touristic resort of Italy. In the surroundings there are dozens of wonderful beaches; a touristic port, with possibility to organize excursions to some little islands nearby; a wide selection of restaurants (some of which in a significant panoramic position); discos and markets.

Common services of the residence are swimming pool, common room, laundry, children playground area.
In April May, October, November the opening of the swimming-pool is not assured, it depends on whether conditions. Normally we open the pool at mid-May and close it at mid-end of October.

The residence is constituted by 14 apartments, recently built and accurately furnished, with a wide surrounding green area, and an ample parking. The residence is located in the gulf of Villasimius, 300 m. from the wonderful beach of Campulongu, in a area full of trees and with panoramic views, approximately 2 km. from the village, in a peaceful and silent zone, well connected to the main streets, services and beaches.

Since three years ago, the whole area is a marine park, where it is possible to admire a very limpid sea, magnificent sea grounds with a wide quantity of sea animals, among them a colony of tropical fishes from the Red Sea that is unique in the Mediterranean.
