Casa Buddy Diana is a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility and privacy, immersed in the green countryside of Villamassargia, a few kilometers from Iglesias and the splendid coasts of southern Sardinia. Arranged on two levels, the house offers large internal and external spaces, ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a corner of paradise away from the chaos of everyday life.
On the ground floor, there is a splendid covered veranda, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the panoramic view of the surrounding garden. The veranda is connected to the living room which, with its comfortable sofas, offers a welcoming environment in which to relax. The living room opens onto a well-equipped kitchenette, equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator and everything you need to prepare home-made meals. Next to it, there is a practical and functional service bathroom.
On the first floor, we find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious and bright, with large windows and a small balcony that offer a view of the garden and the surrounding natural environment. The second bedroom is a quadruple room, ideal for families or groups of friends, furnished with a double bed and two single beds that can be adapted to the needs of the guests. A second bathroom completes the sleeping area, comfortable and with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay.
The garden surrounding the house is really large, a perfect space to enjoy nature and relax in the open air. The garden hosts a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, ideal for outdoor dinners, with the possibility of cooking in a traditional way and enjoying dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. Next to the barbecue there is an outdoor dining area, where you can organize lunches or dinners under the blue sky of Sardinia.
In the garden, Buddy and Diana live together, two family dogs who are used to living outside and interacting with people. They are very well-behaved and friendly animals, who do not enter the house, but who will welcome guests with affection and company, making the environment even more familiar and welcoming.
The entrance is shared with the property which, sporadically resides in the part of the rear garden separated from the house.
This house is ideal for those looking for a rustic and comfortable residence, in a quiet but well-connected position, which allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of the Sardinian countryside without giving up modern comforts.
