Spacious apartment in Valsassina with a large terrace, located in the charming Noccoli area of Barzio. With a capacity of up to 7 guests, it is perfect as a base for outdoor enthusiasts. Situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator, the property offers plenty of parking spaces and is close to Barzio’s sports center, which features tennis courts, a soccer field, and playgrounds. In winter, a free shuttle to the ski lifts stops just 400 meters from the apartment.
The apartment opens into a large living room with a sofa and TV area, dining table, and access to a private, spacious terrace. The separate kitchen is well-equipped and recently renovated. The bathroom has also been refurbished and features a walk-in shower. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. An additional single bed is stored under the existing single bed and can be set up in the living room if needed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment, including the terrace. The apartment is located on the first floor, and there is an elevator.
Noccoli is the prime residential area of Barzio. Characterized by villas and small apartment buildings set in spacious green areas, it is ideal for those seeking a peaceful and typically mountainous environment. Several points of interest are within walking distance of the apartment: the supermarket, about 500 meters away; the center of Cremeno, with bars and services, about 800 meters away; the sports center, 200 meters away; and the town of Barzio, accessible via a path through the fields. From the apartment, there is also a trail leading to the valley that connects to a cycling path.
Cremeno is easily accessible by car from Milan/Lecco. There are many free public parking spaces in front of the property. Additionally, the D35 bus connects Cremeno to Lecco, operating every 1-2 hours during the day but not running late at night. You can check the schedule in advance on the Moovit app.
In winter, on weekends and public holidays, a free shuttle service connects Cremeno to the ski lifts of Piani di Bobbio and Piani d’Artavaggio.
