Merate is in fact a beautiful town located in the Brianza area of Lecco, surrounded by green hills and characterized by a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Known for the Montevecchia Park and the Curone Valley, it offers enchanting natural landscapes, perfect for walks and excursions in the open air. The proximity to the main tourist destinations in Lombardy, such as Milan, Como, Bergamo and Lecco, as well as of course Lake Como, makes it a perfect base for visiting cities or participating in the many nearby events, such as the Monza Grand Prix, Fashion Week or the Salone del Mobile in Milan.
You will access the apartment from the central square Merate, right in front of Palazzo Prinetti, known for its beautiful tower dating back to the medieval period. The apartment is on the third floor, and has been recently renovated, just designed for short rentals: consisting of a room with a very comfortable double bed, a living room with a sofa bed very easy to open and close, an entrance hall with kitchen island complete with every accessory, and a fully updated bathroom with shower.
The apartment is fully equipped: in the kitchen induction hob, microwave oven, moka coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, complete set of pots and plates. Internet access, flat-screen TV and hairdryer are also provided. It is delivered complete with sheets for each bed, 1 set of 3 towels for each guest, and a welcome kit for the bathroom and kitchen: toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo; oil, salt, pepper and coffee in the kitchen.
Although we are animal lovers, we have decided not to accept them in order to accommodate people with allergies of different kinds, including animal hair. Out of respect for non-smokers, smoking is also not allowed in the house. The apartment has not been prepared to ensure accessibility for the disabled.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute.
