Located just 1.2 km from the town center, which can be easily reached on foot, the apartment is surrounded by nature, offering guests a charming and peaceful atmosphere. 
The apartment, located on the second floor of a small villa, is in the attic and has a lovely balcony offering a splendid view. Monte Ortigara 9, furnished in a modern style but with a typical mountain character, is ideal for couples.
The apartment has a large living area with comfortable sofa and balcony, TV, dishwasher and all small appliances for a comfortable stay, double bedroom and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The apartment also has an enclosed space that is particularly useful as a ski and bicycle storage room, and has private parking on site. 
In winter it may be essential to have a 4x4 car or chains. In very rare cases of heavy snowfall or ice, the apartment may not be accessible by car.
