Villa del Borgo is a recently built holiday villa, located few minutes away from the small village of Scopello and Tonnara with its amazing Faraglioni.
The villa develops on a single floor. You may access inside from a spacious open-space with equipped modern kitchen with dining table, sofa and tv sat.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, automatic coffe maker).
From the kitchen you access the covered veranda furnished with dining table and chairs for all fresco dinners and relaxing area with sofas.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area made up of: two double bedroom, one of which with en-suite shower, one single bedroom and one further bathroom with shower.
The villa has a central air conditioning and a home automation system.
Villa del Borgo is furnished in a modern style with details recalling Sicilian style.
In front of the villa you find an amazing Infinity pool (10x5x1.30) with beach entry and timed spa.
The solarium is equipped with sun beds, some of them floating and an external shower.

The villa is surrounded by a lawn. The land around the villa is plantend with typical flowers and plants and olive trees.
On the back of the villa there is a bbq area with worktop, basin and gas bbq.
