Villetta Marika is located in Marina di Mancaversa , just a few minutes' drive from the beaches of Gallipoli .
The house consists of a spacious living room with a TV, sofa, and ceiling fan, a well-equipped kitchenette with all the necessary utensils and appliances for preparing meals, three air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bunk bed, one with two single beds and a bunk bed, and another double bedroom. There are two bathrooms: one complete with a shower box and the other external, with a shower and WC. The villa also has a large veranda at the back, furnished with garden furniture, a sink, washing machine, and a wood-fired barbecue. In front, there is a large space with parking.
Additional features include Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, and an alarm/security system.

Note: The cleaning fee includes bed linens and bath towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, and check-in/check-out services.

Check-in from midnight to 7:00 AM: €100.00 extra

For early check-outs, on request and subject to prior approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an additional €30.00 charge will apply. .
