The house is comfortable and minimalist decorated, completely private, in a safe residential family oriented area.

The house is situated at 20 minutes walk to the Cathedral of Mérida. There are many laundry services around the corner, convenience store in front of the house, supermarket Chedrahui, banks and more at just 15 minutes walk from the house.

Nice high colonial ceilings and fans ceilings to avoid heat, very comfortable to stay home comfortably during heat time.

The main house is divided in two, at the entry there is the living room with a very comfortable 3 places couch. One siting hammock, one large big round coffee table and two cute side tables.

The mezzanine is just on top of the leaving room including a A\C to sleep comfortably. There is a double bed with 4 cousins, 2 side tables with drawers and two small lamps. Also there is a dresser with 6 drawers.

In the second area of the house is the dinning room with a nice big wooden table with 4 chairs and a small sofa bed close by. The small bathroom is just beside the kitchen.

The kitchen is basically equipped to cook many good meals with large fridge and small gas stove with 4 burners.
We do have 3 types of coffee makers; French press, Italian and American style with filter.

The blacksmith door with the coloured glass in the kitchen opens to the private backyard of the house. The nice private garden surround with old trees gives calm, nature and freshness with big old trees that provides shade and quiet space from the city. You can relax in the garden siting in the Acapulco chairs and enjoy the wild visitors.
