Perched above Mangawhai Harbour with sensational views out to the Pacific Ocean you are perfectly positioned to laze your days away on the front deck and watch the world go or stroll a few minutes to the beach (avoiding those pesky traffic jams at the car park in summer!). You are also only a short distance to Wood St shops. There is also a fireplace and two heat pumps so if you're after a winter escape you will still be able to enjoy the wonderful views but stay toasty and warm. The house has been completely re-furnished in November 2015 and all furnishings are brand new.

There is a decent lawn area behind the house for kids to play on and extensive decking on both sides of the house so whichever way the breeze is blowing, you can be outside enjoying the sun.
