Very calm & with a good view of the sea & the Mall of Asia.Easy to access transportation & in a beautiful entertainment city. Nearby hotels like Solaire & Okada. Supermarkets and restaurants are all around the area as well as entertainments.
The space
Our condo unit is in a good location as everything is walking distance or there is a free rides going to the different hotels like Solaire & Resorts World. The condo is at the 10th Floor of building F Sea Residences facing the beautiful sea view of Manila bay and in front of Mall of Asia and IKEA. You can enjoy the view from the terrace all day.
Guest access
You can access the beautiful & large lobby with your friends , families & guests. Thereare several swimming pools to enjoy and beautiful garden to relax. Some restaurants are around the property , supermaket & a massage parlor where you can relax. 24/7 security and information at the lobby are always available anytime.

You can ask questions you want to know before booking and I am willing to adjust if you need special attention on something. Smartlock will be given during your check-in time.
